18 Month Check-Up

My little booger bean is healthy as a horse. She is 31.5 inches tall, and weighs 20 lbs 2 oz. The kid finally broke 20 lbs! I never thought it would happen. To give you an idea of how skinny she is- she is just now fitting into some 12-18 month clothes. By the time she fills in the clothes, they are too short.

She also got the last vaccination she'll need until she is 5. WAHOO!

Next on the agenda: Eliminate the once a night nursing, and the insane need for the binky. Two very impossible quests... wish me luck.

just forget about the inky for now! Focus on sleep and eating. I had to wean Melody because she was nursing at night still at 9 months. My Dr said that wasn't ok and she was only doing it because she probably wasn't getting enough nutrients. You may want to look into offering her pediasure or something like that. I keep that on hand for snaks because it feel them up. I ony let Katie have her binky when she's in the car or in bed, that's kinda what we did with Mellie too and she kept her binky until she was about 2 1/2.

good to know. We got her some nemo vitamin supplements today since the little pain still doesn't drink milk if she can help it. Maybe I'll have to try to cram some more food in her. She can go some nights without the one nursing, and it doesn't bother her at all. Most nights I just give in so I don't lose hours of my precious sleep. :P

I agree with Tasha take one huge task at a time!! Work on the boob thing! Good luck with that! Binky can survive another day, your boob on the other hand will be greatfull you cut her off! lol
