Merry Christmas

Our Christmas was fantastical.

Kids popped up at 8:00, and the first thing Sophie wanted to do was see if Santa ate the cookies we left out.

And ate them he did.

We had our breakfast feast.
Eggs, bacon, pancakes, & juice.

We were blessed with a wonderful Christmas this year.

The girls got tons of cute things, and had a blast opening gifts.

We got Sophie a My Little Pony bedset.
Can you tell she loves it?
She's hugging it.

We got the girls little Princess barbies.

The ONE thing Sophie kept asking for was a toy seahorse.

Mya kept trying to put the clothes on herself.

I made Denny the most epic nerd quilt ever.
It consists of old t-shirts that he wore in high school, and hand stenciled patches too.
Horde, Howl's Moving Castle, The Goonies, Video Games Live, The Big Bang Theory, Pokemon, Star Wars, Pirates, Robots, & so on.

My brother's beautiful wife made the girls matching bracelets.

Denny got me a charm necklace. :D *squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee*
I loves it.
It has both of the girls names stamped on little silver circles, with their birth stones.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaafter all of the clean up, reorganizing their toy room, Mya's nap, and relaxing - we had dinner.

I love being married to a man that can cook, and cook well.

We have started a tradition of having a spaghetti dinner every Christmas.

Behold:

Tasty salad.
Is good for you.

Giant meatballs.

Hungry toddler.
Yes... toddler.
*le sigh*
She turns 1 tomorrow.

Jealous?

And my chef.

Hope everyone had as good a day as we did.

I use a simple watermark I made in photoshop.

Here is a simple little how-to I posted 2 years back. (using Paint.net a free program)
