My child seems to be under the assumption that her body is a canvas. The other day I went to the bathroom, leaving Sophie to entertain herself in the living room. Less than one minute later, I returned to find her covered in marker. Arms, hands, feet, legs, not one limb on her body was untouched. She also managed to color a lunch box, and a page in my Twilight book. Luckily, I rescued the book before she destroyed it. Crazy child. I don't even know where she found the marker. I make certain to keep anything with ink out of her reach... so much for that.
